An American music executive and music supervisor based in Bilbao, Spain, Alicia Richards serves as the in-house music executive at Millennium Media, overseeing music strategy, composer relations, and soundtrack development across the company’s global film slate. She also independently supervises select projects, working closely with filmmakers to shape distinctive, story-driven soundtracks. With extensive experience in deal negotiation, clearances, and creative music direction, she bridges the business and artistic sides of sync with clarity, efficiency, and a deep respect for the power of music in storytelling.

Ave Tölpt, Music Estonia’s Director, has previously worked as the Managing Director of Jazz Estonia, being responsible for the daily management of the organisation, team building and both local and international representation. She has also worked in the cultural sector as the Head of the Exhibition Department in the National Library of Estonia, successfully leading various national and international cooperation projects for many years. Amongst other roles, she contributed to the field of music as a guest author and radio host at Estonian Public Broadcasting, Klassikaraadio as well in other media during her times as a journalism volunteer at Jazzkaar festival. She is the first Estonian Ambassador for Keychange, a global network and movement working towards gender equality in the music industry, the Member of the Council of Advisers at the Tallinn School of Music and Ballet (MUBA) and the Member of the Music Endowment committee of Cultural Endowment Estonia. Ave has been building her expertise around cultural leadership and international cooperation.

Christoph manages artists such as Clap Your Hands Say Yeah and Tempers. At Linecheck Music Meeting & Festival Milano he is in charge of networking, the sync summit and various bits and pieces. For the award-winning boutique festival Ypsigrock in Castelbuono, Sicily, Christoph has been responsible for international relations and artist liaison. Over more than two decades, he has booked and managed tours, represented labels, and coordinated international releases. Born and raised in Germany, he is now based in Palermo and is a founding member of the Music Managers Forum Italy.

Clément Souchier is the CEO and co-founder of Bridge.audio and a long-standing figure in music supervision and sync. He founded Creaminal, one of leading supervision agencies, operating between France and US for over a decade and contributing to hundreds of films and global advertising campaigns. He also co-founded the French Guild of Music Supervisors (ASM), helping structure and advocate for the profession. After selling Creaminal to Alter-K in 2021, he turned to technology, co-founding Bridge.audio to improve how music is discovered, shared, and selected. Combining creative and technical expertise, he focuses on building tools that streamline collaboration and enhance discoverability across the global music ecosystem.

Daniel Nordgård is professor in music business and management at the University of Agder and visiting professor at the Sibelius Academy, Helsinki. He also serves as director of CreaTeME, Norwegian Center for Excellence in Creative use of Technology in Music Education, and as deputy director of MishMash - Norwegian Center for AI and Creativity. Nordgård has a broad background from music, foremost as musician and artist, but he also has experience from concert- and festival management and is former festival manager of the Quart Festival in Norway. He is the manager of the Kristiansand Roundtable Conference and holds several positions in different boards, nationally and internationally, including Gramo (Norwegian neighboring rights society) and Gramart (The Norwegian featured artist organization). Nordgård is regularly invited as guest speaker at music business conferences and academic conferences, nationally and internationally, and is regularly used as expert by policy makers and legislators.

Daryl Bamonte worked for Depeche Mode in multiple roles between 1980 and 1995, including touring keyboardist in 1994. He worked with The Cure from 1995 until 2005, which included Executive Producer on ‘The Cure’ album and the ‘Trilogy’ DVD, and formed Bamonte Artist Management during this time. In 2014 he became the Managing Director of Schubert Music UK and the head of the Atlantic Curve label. He became active as a speaker at international music conferences and formed his new company, Archangelo Music, in 2022. This includes two labels, Archangelo Recordings and Bamala Newtown, as well as Archangelo Songs, which is sub-published worldwide by BMG. Additionally, Daryl is an Ambassador for the Europe in Synch organisation, a consultant for Schubert Music Europe and a co-founder of Connected Rights, a neighbouring rights management company. He is also the keyboard player in Norwegian post-punk band Permafrost and a member of experimental electronic band Hence.

bio: Gabriella Gal is a Music & Culture Strategist working at the intersection of music, media, and cultural ecosystems. She currently coordinates EM GUIDE, a European network of independent music magazines, and co-leads Fresh Fabrik, an Erasmus+ project supporting independent and emerging artists by guiding them through funding opportunities and successful grant applications. In parallel, she works as a freelance communications consultant, workshop facilitator, and application writer for clients across the music industry. Previously, Gabriella held communications and strategy roles at organisations including Twitter (now X), Sziget Festival, and The Great Escape.

Hanna-Greth Peetson is a music supervisor and sync agent at Tier Music, an Estonian company that has established an active network of partners both locally and internationally over the years. The roster of Tier Music includes more than 30 catalogues of Estonian and international artists as well as a selection of talented composers. Hannes Tschürtz is the founder of Ink Music in Vienna, a company that has been a successful label and publishing house for 20+ years and paved the way for many international artist careers since. Iminza Mbwaya is a Kenyan strategist, lawyer, and creative executive working at the intersection of music, culture, and systems change. She serves as Associate Director for Sounds Right — a pioneering initiative by the Museum for the United Nations (UN Live) that designates nature as an official recording artist, embedding wild soundscapes into global music releases and directing royalties toward biodiversity conservation. Iminza leads Sounds Right's global scale-up, overseeing stakeholder partnerships, fund design, artist collaborations, and cultural programming. Her work bridges the commercial music industry and the conservation finance space, creating sustainable mechanisms for environmental impact at scale. Prior to UN Live, she advised public, private, and philanthropic institutions at Dalberg and Axum, where she shaped innovative programs across sustainable development and social transformation. Her career combines legal expertise, strategic consulting, and deep engagement with the creative industries — bringing analytical rigor and cultural fluency to complex, cross-sector challenges. Julian Krohn founded the music & audio department at leading creative agency Scholz & Friends in 2021. He is responsible for music supervision & strategy for clients like UBER, Sparkasse, VW, Google & McDonald’s. Krohn held leading creative roles at Jung von Matt, Universal Music and Kobalt Music, as well as music supervisor for German blockbusters. He is a jury member of the Art Directors Club Germany, the CommAwards for Audio, and member at the Music WorX Hamburg incubator.

Kevin Richards has provided creative consultation and music research for Disney Imagineering, worked for Sony Music Publishing Canada, Favored Nations Entertainment, and more. Kevin has working experience in music placement for record labels as well as publishing companies. He has been fortunate to have placements of his own music in films. Originally from Toronto, he lived in Los Angeles for 20 years and is now living in Bilbao, Spain.

Lisa Humann is a Sync Strategist with experience in shaping multi-territory sync strategies, leading cross-functional teams and building impactful businesses in the sync and music supervision sector. She spent more than 12 years at BMG, most recently as Senior Director Creative Sync Strategy UK, CEU and APAC, driving strategy and alignment across those markets. Earlier in her career, she co-founded Austria’s first sync agency Swimming Pool and launched the Film Music Festival Poolinale. She has also worked as a Music Supervisor and is particularly interested in how sync is transforming in the new AI era. Markus Linde is a founding member of the Europe in Synch initiative and the head of their Academy, in which professionals from the music side and audio-visual disciplines are brought together, bridging knowledge-gaps, building trust and creating an improved synch-landscape. With a professional history in the record business, publishing and artist management, he has been running his thag’s agent imprint for some 22 years garnering a track record for music placements in national and international advertising campaigns. Ryan Peterson is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Stellar Trigger, redefining music marketing through culturally driven digital strategies. Since 2019, he has led campaigns across Southeast Asia and Latin America, delivering over 15 platinum certifications by connecting artists with high-quality, highly engaged fan communities.

Biography Sergio’s background in music and sync spans over 27 years. Over this period Sergio has worked on several high-profile video games and advertising campaigns at both PlayStation and Activision Blizzard where he set up and managed the music and licensing departments, Nimrod Productions, Big Sync Music and iconic UK record label, Ninja Tune. He has worked on acclaimed video game brands including Gran Turismo, SingStar, Little Big Planet, Guitar Hero, DJ Hero and Call of Duty amongst others and advertising campaigns for brands such as Axe, Stella McCartney, Apple, Prada, SEAT and Fiat. Sergio is the Founder and Music Supervisor at Synchronicity Music and is currently working on several unannounced video games and trailers. Synchronicity Music has recently launched a production music library, On Fire Creative, a partnership with Minds on Fire. Sergio is working with #TheWrd and assisting in creating the Synchronisation unit of study for this course, and mentoring the new wave of Music Supervisors, using his extensive knowledge and contacts in the industry.

Shain is a globally recognised thought leader at the convergence of music, culture, and urban policy. This is showcased in his debut book, This Must Be The Place: How Music Can Make Your City Better, which came out on Repeater Books (distributed in the United States by Random House) and is being translated into five languages (Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, Portuguese), along with an audiobook. Shain has defined a new way to think about the value of music in cities and places and, through it, influenced over 130 cities and places to invest in music and culture as founder and executive chairman of Sound Diplomacy and founder and executive director of the not-for-profit global Center for Music Ecosystems. He has authored authoritative reports on the role of music in cities, tourism, the night time economy, real estate and recovery, including the most extensive guide to music and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) ever written, in partnership with the United Nations. He has spoken at hundreds of global conventions, such as SXSW and the UN World Urban Forum and delivered the first-ever TEDx talk on music’s role in cities. Shain holds a PhD from the University of London and lives in East London.

Her current role at Berklee College of Music entails overseeing the International Career Center's overall strategy, which includes the development of a comprehensive career development curriculum. She is also responsible for cultivating relationships with employers worldwide to secure internships and full-time positions for Berklee's talented students. In addition to her work in career development, Stine Glismand has 10+ years of experience in large-scale event production, including festivals and corporate events. She has shared her expertise at various international conferences, including IMS, EFMD, EXIB, FMF, WOMEX, and NASPA.

Terese has over a decade of experience in music supervision and sync, working in Los Angeles, Berlin, and London. Žiga Drofenik Džuboks Music management, licensing & supervision After earning a bachelor’s degree in economics, he began his career as an advertising executive, later expanding into event management and concert promotion. This path led him to Universal Music Publishing in Slovenia, where he combined his expertise in advertising and licensing to work as a music agent and supervisor for production companies. He later co-founded an independent label, signing several promising new Slovenian bands.
